My name is Mario Burch; I am proud to announce my candidacy for Supervisor District 3 in Siskiyou County.
I was raised in Siskiyou County, and this community has always been my home. My family, career, and roots are here, and I care deeply about the future of our county. Through my involvement in agriculture and Farm Bureau, I understand the importance of protecting our farming and ranching heritage and ensuring it remains strong for future generations. I am a United States Air Force veteran with over 24 years of service. That experience has taught me discipline, accountability, and leadership built on integrity and service. I have also worked for the County Road Department for over 25 years, giving me firsthand knowledge of county government, and the importance of transparency and responsible leadership. As a small business owner, I understand the challenges local businesses face and the need to support economic growth while preserving our rural character. |
As Supervisor, I will support agriculture and forestry, improve infrastructure, promote local jobs, and prioritize public safety.

About Mario
In addition to my military service, I have worked for the County Road Department for over 25 years. I understand county government from the inside. I know how decisions are made, how budgets are managed, and how important transparency and responsibility are to earning the public's trust. Experience matters, and I am prepared to put mine to work for the people of District 3 from day one.

Our farmers, ranchers, and timber producers deserve strong representation from a Supervisor who will fight for responsible policies, defend our water and land rights, and ensure these vital industries remain strong for future generations.
I will work to promote jobs and responsible economic growth so families can build their futures right here at home. We must support small businesses, attract investment, and create opportunity without losing our rural character.
Infrastructure is critical to our success. Safe roads, reliable public facilities, and long-term planning are essential for growth and public safety. I am committed to maintaining and improving the infrastructure that keeps our communities connected and strong.
Public safety will always be a top priority. Our residents deserve safe neighborhoods and well-supported law enforcement, fire, and emergency services. I will ensure our first responders have the resources they need to protect our homes.
I am hardworking. I am honest. I am committed to listening, leading, and serving with integrity.
District 3 deserves leadership grounded in experience, shaped by service, and driven by dedication to this beautiful community. Together, we can protect and strengthen our economy, and secure a strong future for Siskiyou County
